Michael Vance Contracting, LLC opened for business in February 2005, offering new construction, remodels, and custom builds. In December of 2008, we added MVC rentals.
Michael Vance Contracting, LLC is family-owned and operated in Hopkinsville, Ky. Since opening in 2005, we have treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.

Michael Vance has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in commercial, residential and customized construction and roofing.
Vance Family
Michael and Kerry have been married for 20 years. They have three children who all have taken part in the daily operation of the business. They are a family dedicated to giving back to our community.
